Well if this isn’t the creepiest thing I’ve seen all week…
Apparently Howard was “waxified” in early 1997. Although he appears to look more like a creepy zombie alien than a real person. It’s well worth looking through the other photos on Flickr. Also, had anyone else forgotten how creepy he looked early on in his term? (or life). He certainly aged well.
